Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Double Drop mobile game ("the game") collects, why, and the choices you have. The game is made by Divyam Solanki ("we", "us"). If you have a question, write to divyamsolanki1996@icloud.com.
The short version
- You don't need an account. We never ask for your name, email or phone number in the game.
- Your progress (levels, stars, coins, streaks, settings) is saved only on your device.
- We use Google services to understand how the game is played, fix crashes, adjust game settings and show ads.
- Where the law requires it, you're asked for consent before personalised ads. On iPhone, ads use your device's advertising ID only if you allow tracking.
What we collect and why
| Service | What it collects | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Google Firebase Analytics | How you use the game (for example levels started and finished, helpers used, ads watched, sessions), device model, OS version, app version, language, approximate country from your IP address, and an app instance ID. | To understand which levels are too hard or too easy, and to improve the game. |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reports: what the app was doing when it crashed, device and OS details, and an installation ID. | To find and fix bugs. |
| Google Firebase Remote Config | An installation ID and app version. | To adjust game settings, such as ad frequency or prices, without an app update. |
| Google AdMob and its partners | Device and app information, IP address, ad interactions, and your advertising ID (IDFA) if you allow tracking. | To show ads that keep the game free, measure them and prevent fraud. Ads may be personalised only with your consent where required. |
| Google User Messaging Platform | Your consent choices. | To remember what you agreed to about ads and data. |
These services are run by Google. You can read how Google uses information from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
What we don't do
- We don't collect your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
- We don't sell your personal information for money.
- We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Your choices
- Tracking on iPhone: you can allow or deny tracking when asked, and change it at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Ad consent: if you are in a region where consent is required (such as the EEA, the UK or Switzerland), the game asks before showing personalised ads. You can change your choice from the game's settings.
- Personalised ads: on iPhone, turn off Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising > Personalised Ads. You will still see ads, but they won't be based on your interests.
- Delete your data: deleting the game removes your saved progress from your device. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, email us. We will explain how to find your app's ID so we can find and delete it.
How long data is kept
Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Your progress stays on your device until you delete the game.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or state laws in the United States), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or limit how it is used, and to withdraw consent. Write to divyamsolanki1996@icloud.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
The game is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game changes. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will tell you in the game.
